To finish off the May Day celebrations, join KC DSA and KC Sunrise Movement for an afterparty immediately following the May Day Coalition Rally & March, happening at Washington Square Park from 5:30-7:30pm.

Bring your friends and family, and join us at Swope Park Bandstand anytime between 7-10pm to mix and mingle with like-minded neighbors, enjoy the inaugural performance of the KC DSA Labor Choir, and learn how our organizations are building power in Kansas City.

Dinner and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. You are welcome to bring your own dinner, drinks, and/or snacks for yourself and your guests. There is plenty of seating at the bandstand, but feel free to bring your own lawn chairs if desired. And don't forget that a playground is located nearby!

Street parking is available all along Pavilion Road.
